Roughly 1100 Panels installed between the Roof and 3 New Carport Structures in the Parking Lot, about 270 KW.

Panels installed on the existing TPO Roof of the Clinic installed with “Zero Penetration” brackets that withstand wind speeds up to 110mph.

Planning for this project started in December 2016 and since this building is occupied and in full operation Monday – Friday, we knew this was going to be tricky. Once we received our Stamped City Permit and Notice to Proceed (NTP) we began immediately.

Quite a few trees in islands had to be removed and the parking lot needed to be re-paved as it was already in need anyway and we had to relocate our ADA Spots as well.
